Cadin company is a design office specialising in structural design of buildings. Our portfolio includes all kinds of buildings: residential and industrial buildings, public utility buildings, offices and commercial buildings.

The owner and head designer is Jakub Lekki, MSc (Eng), a licensed designer, a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology. Design checker and consultant is Grzegorz Dmochowski, PhD (Eng.), an academic at the Wroclaw University of Technology Faculty of Civil Engineering.

With many years of experience and specialised team of engineers we can meet any design challenge, regardless of its degree of complexity. We draft designs in all stages: concepts, construction designs, detailed designs, shop drawings and as-built documentation. In addition, we offer assistance and technical consultancy, design documentation reviews, construction cost optimisation, as well as project designer supervision and owner’s representative services.

Since we cooperate with architects and designers from installation industries, our scope of business includes also drafting multidiscipline construction and detailed designs together with obtaining all necessary opinions, agreements, approvals and permits.
